Professor Park contributed greatly to the advancement of the college, leading the development of NICEM and playing a decisive role in the formation of the Pyeongchang Campus. Professor Lee, Dong-Kun excelled in education and research, publishing a large number of papers in the field of Landscape Architecture, and producing around 30 Master’s and Ph.D. graduates. Professor Lee, Byon-Woo has been recognized for his efforts to implement a considerate teaching style based on understanding the standpoint of his students, while at the same time producing around 40 Master’s and Ph.D. graduates. All of the prizewinners declared that they would not have received such an honor without the help and support of the whole Seoul National University family; they resolved to make every effort to promote the continued development of the school.
